INGREDIENTS:
- White chick peas(channa) - 1 cup
- Garlic chopped 3 cloves
- Parsely leaves -1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
- Green chilli 1 chopped
- Flour (maida) - 1 Tbsp
- Baking soda a pinch
- Cumin seeds powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander power - 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper - 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
METHOD:
Soak chickpeas for 8 to 10 hours, then drain and wash the chickpeas.
Take out the mixture to the bowl and if you feel that the mixture is too dry just add 2 drops of water and make shape
Form into small or medium sized balls or patties.
Then fry in medium heat till light brown.
Drain falafel on kitchen tissues to remove excess oil.Serve hot with pita bread or serve as snack/starter with some sauce.
