Ingredients:
- Sponge cake - 1 cup
- Instant chocolate pudding mix - 2 cup
- Whipping cream, whipped - 1 cup
- Nuts - 1/2 cup
- Raisins for decorations
Method:
Cut the sponge cake into rounds balls.
Here i used instant chocolate pudding .For garnishing,i used cashew nuts.
Prepare whipping cream.
In a serving glass,first add the sponge cake.
Then add the chocolate pudding above it.
To this add the whipping cream.Here i have added the cream using the piping cone or you can simply pour it.
Then add the crushed nuts above it.
Prepare the second layer by first adding the sponge cake.
Then add the chocolate pudding and nuts.
Finally add the whipping cream. Garnish with raisins and refrigerate for few hours.Serve cool.
