Ingredients:
- Raw rice(pacharisi) -1 uzhakku(400g)
- Egg-1
- Coconut Milk- grated from 1 coconut(approx 4 cup including water)
- Salt- to taste
Method of preparation:
Grind together soaked rice, egg and salt. Add water slowly and mix well with a beater or spoon until no lumps are found.
Heat a non stick fry pan on medium heat. Add a ladle of batter and spread the batter in a circular motion.
