Ingredients:
- Rice flour-1 1/2 cup
- Coconut Milk-1 1/2 cup
- egg-1
- sesame seeds-1 tblsp
For Masala:
- Green chillies-2
- Ginger-1 tsp
- Garlic-1 tsp
- Fennel Seeds-2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder-1 tspn
- Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Method:
Grind the ingredients given under the title "masala" into a fine paste.
Once boiled and thickened,switch off the stove.
In a bowl add the rice flour,egg and sesame seeds.
Add the coconut milk- masala mixture to it. Mix the dough until soft.
Make round shaped chukkappam and also designed chukkappam as shown below.
Now our chukkappam are ready to fry. Fry the pathiris in medium to high flame. make it simmer after it becomes fluffier.
Serve it with chicken fry or Beef fry.
