Moong dal - 1 cup(soaked for 3 hrs)
Green chillies- 1
Ginger - 1 small piece
Salt -1 tsp
For Preparing Roll:
Carrot,peas,sweet corn- 1 cup
Onion-1
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1tsp
Coriander leaves-few
Prepared chappathis - 3

Method:
Ground soaked dal with green chillies,ginger and salt to a fine paste(like dosa batter).
Heat oil in a pan add onion and when it becomes translucent add ginger garlic paste.
Add the vegetables, all the masalas and coriander leaves.
When the vegetables are cooked turn off the stove and allow it to cool.
In a pan pour the dal batter and place the chappathi above the layer.
Place this into a plate and apply chutney and ketchup
Then add the vegetables and roll it.
Cut it into half and serve hot
