- Chicken - 1/4 kg
- Egg – 1.
- Small Onion - 1/2 cup
- Ginger – 1 tbspn.
- Garlic – 1 Tbspn.
- Green Chilli – 4 nos.
- Garam Masala – 1 Tbspn.
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Pottu Kadala-1tsp
- Rice Flour-1 tbsp
- fennel seeds(perunjeerakam)-1/4tsp
- Salt.
- Curry Leaves.-few
- Oil for deep frying.
In a bowl add the chicken pieces together with egg, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, garam masala,grated coconut and salt.
Take small portions of the chicken mixture, make to balls, flatten them to get the shape of vadas.
Chicken need to get cooked thoroughly, so do not make big sized balls.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it in oil. Fry it in a medium flame.. Remove it from oil, when it becomes golden brown color.
