Mango Graham Float





Mango float is a delicious icebox cake dessert made with layers of digestive biscuits, whipped cream, fresh cream, and ripe mangoes. It is chilled for a few hours before serving.

Ingredients:

  • Mangoes - 2 (sliced thinly)
  • Digestive Biscuits - 15
  • Whipping Powder - 1 sachet
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence - 1tsp
  • Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Cream - 2 tblsp
