Makes : 3 -4 popsicles
Ingredients:
- Cream - 1/2 cup
- Full Fat Milk - 1 cup
- Icing Sugar / Confectioners Sugar- 1/2 cup
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Method:
Take milk in a pan. To this add
half cup of icing sugar.
Add in vanilla essence and mix well so the sugar is
melted.
Now whip

Add this to the milk mix and whip well.
Pour this
into a jug, fill popsicle moulds.
Insert popsicle stick into it and freeze
overnight.
Now run the
mould under water and remove it carefully.
Serve
immediately.
