- Chicken Stock - 2 cups
- Sweet corn - ½ cup
- Cooked chicken - 1/2 cup, cut into bite size pieces
- Grated Carrot - 1/4 cup
- Cornflour - 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce - ½ tsp
- Vinegar - ½ tsp Sugar - ¼ tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt
For chicken stock:
- Chicken - 2 pieces
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt
Method:
Boil chicken with turmeric powder,pepper powder and salt. Don't throw out the boiled water.It can be used for the soup.Shred the chicken to pieces..
In a deep bowl, combine chicken stock,carrot and sweet corn. Bring it to a boil. You can also add egg to this. Reduce the flame to low and add cornflour. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins.
Add cooked chicken, soya and vinegar if using. Cook for 2-3 mins.
Add pepper powder, salt and sugar. Mix well and remove from fire.
