- Soya Chunks - 1 Cup
- Boiled and Mashed Potatoes - 1/2 Cup
- Chopped Onion - 1/2 Cup
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves - few
- Green Chillies - 2
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Garam Masala Powder -1/2 Tsp
- Besan Flour - 2 tsp
- Rice Flour - 2 tsp
- Enough Oil for Frying
Method:
Soak Soya Chunks in Hot water for 10 min.. They will puff up after soaking.

Once done, keep them aside in a sieve to dry.After 10 min., grind them into a paste.Also mash the boiled potatoes.
In a bowl add ginger-garlic paste, green chili, onion,salt, red chili powder ,garam masala. & coriander leaves.

Then add the mashed potatoes and soya chunks paste.Mix well. Once mixing is done, we will start making the Tikkis.
Then add the besan flour and rice flour.
Mash it well for perfect tikkis.
Take small amount of mixture in your hand and try to give a round shape.Once you achieve a round shape, press it a bit from the center with the help of your palm.
