Ingredients
- Yogurt - 1 cup
- Handful of Mint leaves(1/2 cup)
- Water - 1 1/2 cup
- Green Chilli - 1
- Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
- Ginger - ½ inch
- Sugar - 1 tblsp
- Salt to Taste.
Method:
First blend mint leaves,green chilli,lemon juice,ginger, sugar and salt with a hand blender.
Then add yoghurt.
Add water to it.The chaas should look slightly greenish with the mint leaves coarsely ground.
You can strain it or drink it without straining.
Pour this to a serving glass..Garnish with lemon wedges and mint leaves
