Ingredients:
Serving: 2 glass
Apple, skinned and chopped- 1 large
Plums - 1
Dates, pitted- 3 no’s
Condensed milk- 3 tbsp
Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
Cold milk, skim- 1/2 cup
Instructions:
Keep ready all the ingedients.
In a blender puree all the ingredients to a smooth constituency.
Pour into a glass along with ice or without ice.
Sip and enjoy this yummy creamy smoothie.
