Ingredients:
For first layer- Bread layer:
- Bread - 4 Slices
- Egg – 2 nos.
- Pepper Powder – 1 tsp.
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp.
- Salt.
For Second Layer- Chicken layer
- Chicken (Boneless Preferably) - 250 Grams
- Onion – 2 nos Cooped,
- Ginger – 1’ piece,
- Garlic – 4-5 nos,
- Green chillies – 3 nos.
- Curry leaves.
- Coriander leaves.
- Ghee.
- Salt.
- Fennel powder – 1/4 tsp.
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp.
- Pepper Powder – ½ tsp.
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp.
- Chilly powder – 1 tsp.
- Garam Masala powder – ½ tsp.
Third Layer-Beaten Egg & Roasted Nuts and Raisins
- Egg – 3 nos.
- Pepper Powder – 1 tsp.
- Salt.
- Cashews – 50gms.
- Raisins – 50gms.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Mix chicken with ¼ tsp. of turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt. Cook it for about 15 - 20 mins till chicken is cooked. Shred this cooked chicken by using a fork.
Heat ghee in a pan, roast Cashew nuts and raisins, Keep it aside.
Next step is to prepare chicken masala, for this heat ghee ( oil) in a pan. Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, onion and some salt. Saute until the onion become transparent.
Then add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and fennel powder, stir for few seconds.
Add shredded chicken and cook till the flavors are even throughout mixture. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and switch of the flame. Now our chicken masala is ready.
Take a deep pan, pour 2 tbspn. of ghee on the base and sides.Pour the first layer of bread-egg batter, close the lid and cook it. Cook it for about 10-15 mins.
Once the top layer is cooked , make the second layer by spreading chicken masala. Cook it for about 5 mins by closing the lid.
Meantime prepare batter for third layer, beat the eggs,pepper & salt.

- Once the top layer is cooked , make the second layer by spreading chicken masala. Cook it for about 5 mins by closing the lid.
- Meantime prepare batter for third layer, beat the eggs,pepper & salt.
- Pour it over the chicken layer, make sure that it cover chiken masala well.
- Once it starts to cook, decorate this with roasted cashews and raisin. Cook this till the top layer has been cooked.
- By using a plate flip the cake, again reverse it and put this back into pan, Cook it low flame for about 5 min and serve.
