Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken - ½ kg
- Capsicum - 1
- Onion- 1
- Tomatoes - 1 (chopped)
- Green chilies -2 (chopped)
- Garlic-ginger paste - 2 tsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder - 3tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1tsp
- Coriander powder - 2tsp
- Cumin powder - 1tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Yoghurt - 1 tblsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ketchup - 2 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp.
Method:
Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder,1 tspn red chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste for 1/2 hr
Cut onion,capsicum,green chillies and tomato lengthwise. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the chicken pieces.
In the same oil add onion and saute until golden brown.
..Add capsicum,tomato,ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
Once tomato and capsicum are cooked well, add all the masalas and tomato ketchup. Saute for 5 min.
Add required amount of water and fried chicken pieces and keep it in low flame for 20 min...Finally add yoghurt and cook it for another 10 min....
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve it with rotis or parathas...
