Strawberry Cream Popsicles




Makes : 4 -5 popsicles
Ingredients:

  • Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Strawberries chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Full Fat Milk - 1 cup
  • Icing Sugar / Confectioners Sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp



Method:

Move the chopped strawberries to a grinder and ground into a coarse paste. There should be chunks of strawberries in it.

Take milk in a pan. To this add  half cup of icing sugar.
Add in vanilla essence and mix well so the sugar is melted.



Now whip cream till lightly thickened. (For Homemade Whipped Cream Topping Click Here:)
Add this to the milk mix and whip well.




Add the strawberry paste to it.


Mix well until everything well combined.





Pour this into a jug, fill popsicle moulds.

Insert popsicle stick into it and freeze overnight. 


Now run the mould under water and remove it carefully. 

Serve immediately.

Vanilla Popsicles Recepie / Vanilla Ice Recepie



Makes : 3 -4 popsicles
Ingredients:

  • Cream - 1/2 cup
  • Full Fat Milk - 1 cup
  • Icing Sugar / Confectioners Sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp



Method:

Take milk in a pan. To this add  half cup of icing sugar.
Add in vanilla essence and mix well so the sugar is melted.

Add this to the milk mix and whip well.


Pour this into a jug, fill popsicle moulds.

Homemade Bounty Chocolate / Bounty Bar



Homemade Bounty Chocolate / Bounty Bar

Ingredients:
  • Desiccated Coconut / Powdered Coconut-2 cup
  • Condensed Milk-1/2 can
  • Butter - 25 g
  • Cream - 2 tblsp (optional)
  • Milk Chocolate -100 g

Method:
 
 
Pour the condensed milk over the coconut and stir until evenly mixed. Note:Instead of dessicated coconut you can lightly roast the fresh coconut and powder them. 


Melt the butter in a pan and add this coconut mixture to the melted butter.


Then add the cream to it and saute for a min.(still it thickenes).(this step is optional)
 




Refrigerate the coconut mixture for hours.


Once it hardens, cut it into bars and make a little curve on the edges. 
 


 

Melt the chocolate with butter either on the stove or in the microwave, and allow to cool. 
 

 

  

Dip the coconut bars in the melted chocolate with a help of a spoon.and leave on a wire rack to harden. 

Once a little set, put onto some grease proof paper / parchment paper and place in the fridge to set. 
 

Enjoy the bounty chocolate once it sets.
