Rainbow/Ribbon Pudding
 
My Measurement 1 cup =200ml
INGREDIENTS
For the first layer (Coffee Layer)
  • China Grass - 3 gm
  • Instant Coffee mix - 1 packet
  • Water -1/2 cup
For the second layer (Coconut Layer)
  • China Grass - 3 gm
  • Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk – 3 tblsp
  • Sugar - 2 tblsp
  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
For the 3rd layer (Green Layer)
  • China grass (Agar Agar)- 3 gm
  • Water -1/2  cup
  • Condensed Milk – 3 tblsp
  • Sugar –2 tbsp
  • Pistachio Green Color -3 to 4 drops
For the 4th layer (Pink Layer)
  • China grass (Agar Agar)- 3gm
  • Water -1/2  cup
  • Condensed Milk – 3 tblsp
  • Sugar –2 tbsp
  • Rose Flavoured Color -3 to 4 drops



 
Method

For this you need four ingredients. Here I have prepared four layers using agar agar.


For the first layer (Coffee Layer)
Soak the china grass for 10 to 15 min. Heat water in a pan and boil the china grass. Add the sugar to it.

Prepare the coffee with half cup of water.


Once the china grass melts, add the coffee mix to it.



Refrigerate until it set.

     

For the second layer (Coconut Layer)
In a pan, boil together coconut milk,sugar,cardamom powder.Finally add vanila essence.
 
 

After 5 min, add condensed milk. Remove from fire, add the vanilla essence. 
 
Once the coffee layer sets, pour this above it. Keep it in fridge until it sets.


For the third layer (Green Layer)
In a saucepan , boil the china grass with water till you get a clear liquid. 
Boil the milk, condensed milk and sugar. 
 
 



Remove from fire and add pistachio flavour. Pour this above the coconut layer.

 



For the Fourth Layer(Rose Layer)




Repeat the same process like 3rd layer and add rose flavoured color. Pour it above the green layer.

Once the pudding sets, cut into slices and serve.
