Mango Mousse

Mango Mousse


  • 2 medium size mangoes, chopped
  • ½ cup thick cream
  • 2 tblspn  lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or 1 tbsp sugar - ad more or less for your preferred sweetness


  1. Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the seeds. Dice the flesh of 2 of the mangoes purée the rest in a blender.
  1. In a bowl, add the mango puree, lemon and honey. Blend till smooth.

Prepare whipping cream.  

Now add the cream and blend till smooth.

Serve mango mousse in glasses and chill the mousse in the refrigerator for some 20-30 minutes or more.
