Avocado Pudding /Butterfruit Pudding



    Avocado Pudding


    Ingredients
    :

  • Avacado/Butterfruit-1
  • China grass-5 gm 
  • Milk-1 cup
  • Condensed milk-1/2 tin
  • Sugar-4 tbspn 
  • Pista flavoured syrup-2 to 3 drops 
  • Badam-few for garnishing





Method:

    Cut avacado into small cubes,Set aside.Grind 3/4th of it into a smooth paste.





    Add the china grass along with water and boil it...It will take atleast 10 mins so meanwhile take milk in a mixing bowl, add  sugar. 



    Then add condensed milk and cardamom powder to the milk.


    Add also avacado paste to it and stir well.Switch off the stove after 5 min.Add 2 to 3 drops of pistachio flavour and mix well.



    Pour this to a bowl. Add the remaining avacado pieces and keep in  fridge until it sets.




     After 1 hr, cut it with a knife and turn over to get the pudding demoulded .Finally sprinkle badam crushed over it. Serve chilled.


    Marble Custard Pudding




    Marble Custard Pudding



    Ingredients:

    • Agar Agar-5 gm
    • Custard powder-2tbsp
    • Sugar
    • Condensed Mik-1 tin 
    • Mik - 1 cup
    • Coco Powder-1tbsp





    Method:

    Heat water in a vessel and melt agar agar.


    Mix custard powder with little milk and keep it aside.


    In a pan heat condensed mik and milk together.


    To this add the custard powder and mix well until no lumps.




    Add this custard mix to the agar agar and stir for few min.



    Seperate it into two portions.
    \1. Add coco powder to one portion.(chocoate layer)
    2. other layer is normal custard layer.




    In a bowl, first add the custard mix to the bowl.


    And then pour the choco mix above it.


    Pour the custard mix above it.


     Repeat the process.... Refrigerate until it set and serve cool...





    Broken Glass Jelly Pudding



     
    Broken Glass Jelly/Agar Agar Pudding


    Ingredients:

    • Jelly mix 1/2 packet(use 3 colors)( i used strawberry,lemon, orange,and coffee)
    • China grass 5 gm
    • Milk 1 cup
    • Condensed milk ½ can
    • Water 3 cup 
    • Sugar - 3 tblsp
    • Cardamom crushed - 2




    Method:

    In a bowl prepare strawberry flavour gelatin as per the instructions.


    And pour it in square or rectangular shape dish and refrigerate until firm.


    Same way make other 3 flavour gelatin (jelly mix ).After the jelly is set completely unmold it and cut into small cubes



    In another bowl add 10 gm china grass and add water and boil it.


    Boil milk with crushed cardamom and sugar.




    Add condensed milk to it.


    Once boiled pour it into a the melted china grass. Transfer it into a tray and allow it to cool. .Just cooling not to get firm.Stir it continuously.





    Add the jelly cubes to it. Stir very gently if necessary to evenly distribute jelly cubes. Refrigerate for 2 hours or till until firm.
     

    Flip over to a pate.

    Cut it into squares and serve chilled.
