1 cup=250ml
Ingredients:
- 2 cups roasted peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons peanut oil or other oil (optional, for creamier peanut butter)
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar
Method:
Transfer the peanuts to a food processor or blender. Pulse a few times just until chopped..Run the food processor or blender continuously until the butter looks glossy and soft, like very thick peanut butter.
Add vegetable oil to it.Add sugar to it. Or You can use honey.
Continue processing the butter until it becomes completely smooth.
