- Apple, skinned and chopped- 1 large
- Plums - 1
- Dates, pitted- 3 no’s
- Condensed milk- 3 tbsp
- Vanilla extract- 1 tsp
- Cold milk, skim- 1/2 cup
Instructions:
Keep ready all the ingedients.
In a blender puree all the ingredients to a smooth constituency.
Pour into a glass along with ice or without ice.
